Since July 2023, I have operated as the UK Agent for Topigeon, providing sales support, technical assistance, and customer liaison for UK fanciers.
On 31 December 2025, I formally served notice to end this agreement, in line with contractual terms.
As of 25 January 2026, I have been informed that Topigeon are not actively seeking a replacement UK agent, citing limited current focus on the UK market.
I feel it is important to make UK customers aware of this position, as it may affect the level of local support available going forward.
This concern has already been highlighted following the closure of the UK 3G mobile network, where iPigeon V8 clock users have been advised by Topigeon (via Taiwan) that a 4G chip upgrade is possible.
However, it has also been stated that compatibility cannot be guaranteed across all existing systems.
While I will no longer be acting as a UK agent, I am willing — on an individual basis — to offer guidance and practical assistance to those wishing to explore 4G upgrades.
